Who can request a Box of Kindness
• People who are about to start cancer treatment
• People requesting for a loved one starting treatment
• UK residents only
We’re a small charity based in North Devon, and at the moment we can only send boxes within the UK.
If you are outside the UK, we’re really sorry that we can’t help directly.
Before you request a box
Please check that your request meets the following:
• You are starting systemic cancer treatment such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted or hormonal therapy
• You live in the UK
• You are at the start of treatment
If you are receiving treatment at the Seamoor Unit, you will automatically receive a box.
Other Information
Our Boxes of Kindness are funded by donations and cost around £80 each. As a small charity, our funding can vary, so we sometimes need to limit the number of boxes we send.
Each box weighs just over 4kg and costs £7.05 to send via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
At the end of the form, we’ll ask if you are able to cover the cost of postage.
Each box contains around £200 worth of items to support you at the start of treatment.
